The General Terms and Conditions are intended to inform customers about the basic terms and conditions and the procedures for purchasing from the MaderoKit.com online shop.

The goods may be sold and delivered within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
When registering in the online shop, visitors are given a username and password of their choice. The username and password unambiguously identify and link the user to the data entered. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase.

All ordered items are delivered to the courier service GLS Slovenia or Post Slovenia on the same working day or on the second working day after the order is placed (depending on the time of order placement). We are not responsible for any delays in delivery to your address by GLS Slovenia or Post Slovenia.
Accessibility of information
The Supplier undertakes to provide the following information to the Buyer at all times:
- the identity of the company (name and registered office, registration number),
- contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (email, phone),
- the essential features of the goods or services (including after-sales service and guarantees),
- availability of items (every item or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
- the conditions for delivery of the goods or performance of the service (method, place and time of delivery),
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously stated and it must be shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
- method of payment and delivery,
- the time validity of the offer,
- the period within which the contract can still be withdrawn from and the conditions for withdrawal; and if and how much it will cost the buyer to return the goods,
- an explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service.
Ordering
Ordering is done online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The customer selects and orders the products available in the online shop. Orders are accepted via the online shop or by email info@maderokit.com
Orders sent by e-mail to info@maderokit.com must include: the name of the addressee/payer, street, postcode and place, contact telephone number and e-mail address, the name of the item and other necessary specifications such as colour, size, etc.
After placing an order in the online shop or by email, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. It will indicate the products and quantities that the buyer has selected. Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be fulfilled. In the event that you wish to withdraw from an order, please notify us within three hours of placing the order by email to info@maderokit.com.
MaderoKit.com reserves the right to refuse any order which it determines that it cannot fulfil under the conditions and with the information available to it. Should the Customer have already paid by invoice, in this case we will credit the full purchase price including delivery costs on the next working day.
All product images on the MaderoKit.com webshop are symbolic and slight colour variations may occur (due to the angle of the image, the light, the type of device from which you are accessing, etc.).
Payment methods
The provider offers the following payment methods:
– by transfer to the account of the manager according to the offer/invoice; in the case of payment to a TRR, you will receive a notification at the time of purchase with all the relevant details of the account to which the transfer is to be made. Do not deposit the purchase price until you have received the email,
- via PayPal,
- via Stripe for credit card payments.
Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include 22% VAT. The prices indicated are valid at the time the order is placed and are valid until the date of publication of the new price list. Prices are valid only for purchases made in the MaderoKit.com online shop.
VAT-liable customers or customers who explicitly request it are also obliged to provide their tax number at the time of purchase. This should be indicated in the order note.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the provider (the buyer receives an email). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
The provider - the online shop MaderoKit.com - tries to ensure that the information provided online is as up-to-date and correct as possible. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time and the price are subject to change, so that there is a minimal possibility that the supplier may not be able to correct the information on the website at the same time as the change. In such a case, the buyer shall be informed of the changes and shall be given the opportunity to cancel or replace the item ordered.
The Buyer has the right to notify the Seller (to the contact email info@maderokit.com) within 30 days of receipt of the goods that he/she withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his/her decision. The only cost to be borne by the Buyer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The same applies in the case of the exercise of the guarantee. The goods must be returned to the Seller within 15 days of the notification of withdrawal. The goods received must be returned undamaged (unworn), in the same quantity and in their original packaging, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity without any fault on the part of the consumer.
The Tenderer is not obliged to accept consignments with ransom or consignments that do not comply with the Tenderer's General Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of the unused, undamaged goods in unaltered quantity and in their original packaging, we will return the payments made to the Buyer's TRR in accordance with the law (as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receipt of the goods). When returning the goods, please also provide us with the invoice for the goods and your personal details and the transaction account to which you wish the payment to be returned.
Prices crossed out
All prices crossed out in the online shop are the recommended prices of our suppliers. Unless the product is marked as a special offer or a reduction of our price.
Delivery times
All shipments are delivered on the next working day. In the case of payment by invoice, the payment is deemed to have been confirmed to the company's account by 14:00. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 2-5 days. If the delivery time will be exceptionally longer, we will inform you within 24 hours.
For out-of-stock products, delivery times vary enormously, from 4 days to 30 days or even longer. We import products from Slovenia, Germany, Spain, England and for this reason the delivery time for some items is longer. We suggest that you contact us at info@maderokit.com when ordering products that are out of stock. We will be happy to let you know how long you need to wait for the product you want. We ship items to order.
Delivery charge
The cost of delivery to an address in the Republic of Slovenia is free of charge in the case of payment by PayPal, pre-invoice or credit card. In the case of cash on delivery, the postage costs EUR 3.9.
Disclaimer
The Provider shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on its website is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery date or the price may change so quickly that the supplier is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the supplier will inform the customer of the changes and give the customer the opportunity to withdraw from the order or to exchange the item ordered. The Provider is not responsible for the content of the opinions written by visitors about the items. The Provider shall review the reviews before publication and reject those that are manifestly untrue, misleading or offensive. The Provider is not responsible for the information contained in the reviews and disclaims any liability arising from the information contained in the reviews. Whilst the Provider endeavours to provide accurate photographs of the items for sale, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photographs do not guarantee the characteristics of the item. The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and in any manner, for any reason and without prior notice.
Complaints and disputes
The Provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The Provider shall make every effort to comply with its obligation to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person whom the Customer may contact by telephone or e-mail in the event of a problem. Complaints should be made via the e-mail address info@maderokit.com. The complaint handling process is confidential. The Provider acknowledges that an essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to a consumer not bringing a dispute before the courts. Therefore, the provider shall make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
Communication
The supplier may send an e-mail to its customers once a month, but no more than twice a month, informing them of the current offer. Recipients of these notifications may unsubscribe at any time via a link which is also included in each communication. We wish you many pleasant and good shopping experiences!
